We collect personal data only when you actively provide it to us:

Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and the message you send us.

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): responding to inquiries you initiate through our contact form.

Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): communicating and delivering services when a project agreement is in place.

We retain contact form submissions for up to 24 months from the date of receipt. If a project engagement follows, we retain project-related communications for the duration of the engagement plus 3 years, in accordance with standard business record-keeping requirements under Estonian law.
